Full refund within 14 days

If CinemaQuo DCP Studio or the CinemaQuo exporter for Premiere Pro does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to the lifetime licences and to the subscription.

How to ask

Write to our support address within the 14 days, with your order number.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for our sales, so the refund is paid by Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

What happens to the licence

• When a full refund is made, the licence is switched off: new exports can no longer be started with it.
• Files you exported before the refund are not changed.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a CinemaQuo DCP Studio subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the licence keeps working until the end of the period already paid.
