Both products
| Operating system | Windows, 64-bit. |
| Graphics card | An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30, RTX 40 or RTX 50 series card. The software is tested on the RTX 40 series; RTX 50 cards work and are still being qualified. |
| Not supported | GeForce GTX 16 and RTX 20 series and older NVIDIA cards, and graphics cards from other makers. |
| NVIDIA driver | A current NVIDIA driver (one that supports CUDA 12.8). |
| Internet connection | Needed to activate the licence and each time an export starts. An export that has started finishes even if the connection drops. |
| Licence | One computer active at a time per licence. |
CinemaQuo DCP Studio
| Also required | Two free Microsoft components: the Edge WebView2 Runtime and the Visual C++ Redistributable (x64). Nothing from NVIDIA besides the driver: everything else is built into CinemaQuo DCP Studio. |
| Without a supported card | CinemaQuo DCP Studio still works, using the processor instead of the card, which is much slower. Picture already in cinema format (J2C) never needs the card. |
| Card self-check | The first time a card, driver and CinemaQuo DCP Studio version meet, it encodes two reference frames and compares them with the known-good result. If they differ, it refuses to encode on that card and says why; reusing picture already in cinema format still works. |
CinemaQuo exporter for Premiere Pro
| Host application | Adobe Premiere Pro. The plugin is tested with Premiere Pro 2026. |
| Graphics card | A supported NVIDIA card from the list above. The plugin always encodes on the card. |
